Square joined forces with Tilit to produce Season 2 of The Build: a step-by-step guide to opening a first restaurant. In collaboration with the Content team, I created the hands-on companion workbook that listeners could download and use to take their restaurant from concept to brick and mortar, episode by episode and chapter by chapter. The workbook is available both as a fillable PDF download and a print zine at Square pop-up events. Season 3—how to expand your restaurant—is currently in the works!
